|Recommended: YesNice Community Neighbors — I am a quiet person and like my alone time. I never have to worry about my neighbors and their loud music or voices. All of my neighbors are friendly and we say hello in passing. This is my 4th year and I am not planning on moving anytime soon Maria and Marc in the Leasing Office are Amazing Kind. They go way beyond accommodating and help anytime I have questions. Thank you both for making living at The Avenue such a pleasure

|Recommended: YesLiving at the Avenues — I love living in the Avenues for the parking availability and its very quite. But my neighbors are not so clean at all. They keep their garbage outside for days and when I open my door all I see is bags and container of garbage everyday seeping out of the bags. Their children destroy the yard with paper and pulls up the sparklers. They are terrible neighbors.
|Recommended: YesGreat apartment complex — This is a great neighborhood, it's quiet very friendly neighbors. I've been here a year, and I love it . The apartments are nice inside, and there's always some where to park. Mark and Maria are great whenever anything needs to be looked at they get it done asap.
