|Recommended: YesGreat property to live besides the thin walls — I love almost everything about this property except my upstairs neighbor with a 2 or 3 year old that is constantly running inside a one bedroom apt. Besides that I love it. Also not enough visitor parking spaces.
|Recommended: YesLoved it and enjoyed my time here — It's quiet, friendly neighbors, and the maintenance staff respond quickly to any issues you have with your unit. I stayed here for a year and the only issue 1 minor issue that was taken cared of by maintenance. When The Avenue was under the old management they made critical mistakes. I was given the wrong invoice one time, I paid it, and they gave me an eviction notice. Luckily, it was handled and the new management took over shortly after. Since the new management took over I haven't had any issues. Great Community, great staff

They keep us updated on any changes on the property via text message which is super convenient The staff is also very friendly.
