Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesI’ve been here for 2 years and have yet to find anything to complain about. The property is always clean, the maintenance men are always making sure your work orders get completed in time. I definitely recommend this complex if your looking for a place to call home.
|Recommended: YesGreat first home — My wife and I moved here with our daughter about a year ago, it has been an amazing experience and our neighbors are great. There is one truck that blares their horn every morning and evening but other than that it has been a great first home.

Maintenance keeps up with the grounds and looks nice. Quiet community. Affordable for the for the size and living in a good community.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesMy resident experience was spot on. The managers greets you with a smile and warm welcome. They sat down with us and went over the lease very well. They always ask how is everything with the apartment, the neighbors and the community when they see you. The neighbors are nice and very friendly. I’ve been here for 6 months and I never really had a problem with anything or anyone. This community is quiet. I would highly recommend this community to anyone.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesI’m going on my second year here and I have no complaints. This complex by far has been the best place I’ve lived in since moving to Tampa. The office staff and maintenance workers are amazing. The respond to your request immediately and follow up after to make sure the request was done satisfactorily. I would definitely recommend this complex to any and everyone.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesI have been in this community going on my 6th year and it has been the absolute worst. When Maria was here she a person that should not have upstairs and it’s been nothing but HELL. No respect for the person under them, rude. And now they’re putting anything in here. I don’t like coming home because there’s no peace and quiet as soon as I walk in my apartment is when they start and it’s so aggravating because it feels like it’s right on your head. I don’t feel safe in my place I feel like I’m watched all the time.
|Recommended: YesAmazing place to live — I've lived here for almost a year now and have no complaints. Mark is always friendly and super helpful, the maintenance people are polite and respectful. The grounds are clean and in good repair, and my apartment has no issues aside from the standard wear and tear that maintenance quickly fixes.

|Recommended: YesSo Far So Good — The Avenue is a decent complex that is fairly priced and quaintly tucked up the hill off the highway. The Property Managers are always helpful and courteous, but I can't praise the maintenance staff yet - only because I haven't had to requisition them however Except for adding a few doggie waste receptacles near the baggie dispensers, I can't think of any other recommendations. Summary I'm a satisfied tenant
