Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesI’m going on my second year here and I have no complaints. This complex by far has been the best place I’ve lived in since moving to Tampa. The office staff and maintenance workers are amazing. The respond to your request immediately and follow up after to make sure the request was done satisfactorily. I would definitely recommend this complex to any and everyone.

When Maria was here she a person that should not have upstairs and it’s been nothing but HELL. No respect for the person under them, rude. And now they’re putting anything in here. I don’t like coming home because there’s no peace and quiet as soon as I walk in my apartment is when they start and it’s so aggravating because it feels like it’s right on your head. I don’t feel safe in my place I feel like I’m watched all the time.
|Recommended: YesAmazing place to live — I've lived here for almost a year now and have no complaints. Mark is always friendly and super helpful, the maintenance people are polite and respectful. The grounds are clean and in good repair, and my apartment has no issues aside from the standard wear and tear that maintenance quickly fixes.

|Recommended: YesSo Far So Good — The Avenue is a decent complex that is fairly priced and quaintly tucked up the hill off the highway. The Property Managers are always helpful and courteous, but I can't praise the maintenance staff yet - only because I haven't had to requisition them however Except for adding a few doggie waste receptacles near the baggie dispensers, I can't think of any other recommendations. Summary I'm a satisfied tenant
