Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesIt’s pretty quiet for the most part and I’ve had no issues with the leasing office. The reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 is because there is very little guest parking and they do tow nightly.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesIt’s quiet, I would love to see the fence behind the big dumpster get FIXED. Lots of people that don’t live here keep coming in from that open fence. I was leaving for work 1 morning. I saw a blue light in the dumpster. A guy was in there going through the trash. He was on a bike. What’s the sense of residents having to use the gate code to get in. When there is no protection I was told last year that we pay a 50 fee for the gate , is that true
Also the hallway is not getting swept outside our apartment anymore. What happened

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesI'm grateful to be living here for real, I honestly just wish that rent was lower because it is getting difficult to afford it along with other bills. Or if anything at least lower the fees like the washer and dryer hookup, we don't have that so I don't understand why we're getting charged that. Same thing with trash fees, we take our trash out so why do we have fees This place is not worth 1596, but it could be worth 1250. Either way, grateful to be here because it is close to work and my mom's house.
