Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesOkay my fiance and I have been living here for almost 6 months and it has really been a relaxing experience. I honestly feel they are the cheapest as far as having average credit and all the other requirements like renter's insurance for a 1 bed and 1 bathroom unit I feel rent could at least be at 1200 instead of 1450 but that's just my opinion . The staff managers are friendly and understanding. You need maintenance done, they'll get them on it. Any questions you have will be answered. Overall, great experience

Special shout-out to the maintenance department, who have always been super helpful and timely with repairs, and a bigger shout-out to Ace, member of the maintenance department, who just coolly fixed everything I had a problem without breaking a sweat in a single visit Just a real swell dude

We moved in September 2021 and have renewed our lease.Marko the assistant manager is extremely responsive and goes above and beyond for his residents. I have never had any issues with the management in fact this has been the best management I have ever had. Work orders get completed fast and the maintenance staff are professional. I highly recommend The Avenue Apartments and look forward to another year here

The grounds are always clean and the powers have done a great job renovating except for the gazebo which is greatly missed and I hope that it will be rebuilt.

I wish there was a few more equipment options but what is offered is great. Looking forward to enjoying the pool patio area when it warms up

Maintenance is fast to fix the problems. I have been here 3 yrs and I have seen so much progress and still more to come. I love how they work so hard with you with your rent payment during this inflation time. Thanks
