Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesThe staff at the front office is great It is a really difficult time right now to get a response from apartment complexes when trying to find a place, but Marko was always super quick to get back to me no matter how silly my question was. Move in was easy and the apartment itself is nice. It’s pretty quiet at night and I feel safe.

Marco has been the best and I know that I can go to him with any question and he will get the answer for me. Maintenance guys are good things get fixed in a timely manner. I would recommend The Avenue to someone that is looking for a place.
