Feels comfortable safer with the gate actually working. Need working laundry or washer dryer within unit since I was charged for facilities I didn’t use for over a year. Needs more parking for residents. More visitors parking spots. A play area for smaller children would be nice.

The maintenance team is on point. Once you submit a request, you can expect them to come by, if not the same day, then the next day. The office staff is very friendly and helpful.
